Although not part of defence application Schoeman has ruled that Ntelwa can not continue as prosecutor in the #OmotosoTrial irregularities not of such nature to make order for mistrial @HeraldNMB

Its only in a Court judge Irma SCHOEMAN,where a corrupt state prosecutor,adv. Nceba Ntelwa could refer to a document not b4 the judge or non existing centralization certificate ,yet the judge pretended as if it was b4 her & allowed further amendments.
