This. Is. Outstanding! MoveMENt is a mens suicide prevention project. But Suicide prevention doesn’t mean you have to be thinking of suicide or even contemplating the how, where and when. It starts with feeling down, stressed or just a bit sh1t. youtu.be/cxfXLbj3B2c
Good Morning Warrington. We have two great opportunities for men to meet, have a brew, chat or play this evening. @WWRLFoundation have their award winning @Offload_RL programme and later on tonight @Directions4Men have their walking football session. Time to #Connect & #BeActive
Brilliant opportunity for blokes in #Warrington or from beyond to get out in the fresh air on Sunday. Good company, gentle exercise, lots of laughter & plenty of chat. This is good for mind & body. Message @TALKHUB_ to find out more or to let them know you are going #MentalHealth
Come and join in our walking football session tonight.

Taking #mentalhealth conversation into the High Street or at least into the @GoldenSquareUK If we are going to #endthestigma that stops people reaching out for support we need to @GetWarrTalking Talking helps save lives but we need to create the safe space for people to talk 🐘🙏🏽
Good morning! It’s been a while. Social media is such a beast and the time spent connecting with people, whilst worthwhile, takes us away from the “real world”. The time away has been well spent, now we are back! Promoting mens mental health and suicide prevention! 2022 let’s go!
Christmas isn’t happy for everyone. We know there are lots of men alone on a CHRISTMAS Day and lots of men struggle. Well don’t struggle alone. DM us and join our CHRISTMAS day whatsapp checkin.
Our centres will be open over the Christmas period on the dates shown.
We remain able to offer our service in person, however will adhere to any government guidelines which may come into place.
Thank you
Our final #StressFreeChristmas tip comes from a group participant who says “CHRISTMAS dinner is just a Sunday roast, don’t get too stressed over it”. Great advice don’t put too much pressure on yourself to make everything perfect.
#StressFreeChristmas. Not everyone gets along at #CHRISTMAS and you may need to spend time with people you wouldn’t normally. AVOID CONFLICT, go for a walk to break things up. Ask a guest to make drinks or food. Speak to people beforehand and explain how important the day is.
1 year on from one of the toughest things I've done. Big thanks to everyone on here especially @RevsJr
It might be rose tinted glasses but absolutely loved putting ourselves out there and what was raised. Got me thinking of another challenge 🤔🤔🤔 @MoveMENt_WA
Please share and pop along if you are in the area and support @JoesGiants1 🎄🎅 Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 🌈🥰❤️ 2022 will see even more collaboration to raise suicide prevention and awareness with our amazing communities @GetWarrTalking@MoveMENt_WA
#StressFreeChristmas. Here’s another tip. It’s absolutely fine to say NO to something you don’t want to do. You don’t even have to explain why. If you choose to explain that’s fine and maybe have an alternative suggestion of something you’d prefer to do to hand if you want.
#StressFreeChristmas physical exercise is a great way to overcome stress. Why don’t you plan a run or walk or even a cycle if you have a bike. Anything at all that makes you #GetActive

You never know when you may come across a man who is struggling. Taking the time to talk to them and providing support numbers might just be the thing that saves their life and the lives of their friends nd family members. Save these for if/when you might need them.
Hey #Warrington & beyond
These graphics are worth saving or printing off. Do you share them. Christmas is a tough time for many. New restrictions will have impacted on some people already. Encourage them to talk, or to #ReachOut. Just giving them a copy this is a way to #Reachin
