Being physically active can help your body use insulin better, support blood sugar levels, improve overall health and boost both physical and mental wellbeing.
It doesn’t have to be intense - walking, swimming, cycling, gentle stretches or even small bursts of movement at home all make a difference. Starting small, like a 10-minute walk or breaking up time sitting down, is a great place to begin.
