Our union is deeply saddened today over the passing of former BC Premier John Horgan.
John was an incredible champion for working people, an amazing supporter of the work of our union and, above all else, a friend.
We will miss you, John.
On Indigenous Veterans Day, we honour the courage and contributions of Indigenous Peoples serving in the Canadian Armed Forces. We recognize all those who served over the years and the sacrifices of their loved ones. We remember those who never returned home. Lest we forget.

As we mourn the loss of Murray Sinclair, the best way for all of us to honour his life and legacy is to learn from the lessons he has taught as we continue in our journey towards truth and reconciliation with Indigenous peoples.
