One of the biggest misconceptions I keep hearing is that AI search somehow replaced SEO overnight.
It didn’t.
AI search still depends on the same foundational signals:
clear site structure
trusted sources
entity consistency
useful content
crawlable architecture
The interface changed. The fundamentals mostly didn’t.
The real shift is that visibility now depends on whether AI systems can confidently retrieve, interpret, and reference your information — not just rank it.
A lot of people are chasing “AI hacks” instead of improving the actual quality and clarity of their data and content.
