I'm proud to share some of the presentations from this year's Campaign for Kindness. Our creative thinkers understood the assignment perfectly, from stick man animations to a map illustrating the journey, walk and talks and a TV infomercial. Well done everyone @DesignSaints

Hire inspiring work from 2.9 today as they were completing illustrations with our student teacher. Using the shape, knife and auto trace tools to get really professional effect. Reminds me a but of the work of Eric Carle. Sorry for poor quality pics

2.9 were learning about designing with constraints and showing off what they have been learning about contrast, dominance and depth over the last fee weeks. Great conversations about the success criteria and principles used. The pull up banner never looked so good!

If a student says "when will I ever need this", it suggests that they have a utilitarian view of education.
But where did that view come from?
I would suggest it might have come from teachers...

After a week of preparation the podcasts that aren't actually podcasts are here on the @DesignSaints YouTube channel. A couple are still in the works but the first five are live. Any ideas what they should be called? I think podcast is technically incorrect because of the images
