I keep hearing "make time for yourself" and also "why haven't you done this".
The Earth spins on its axis for 23 hrs 56 mins/day.
Adults should sleep 7 or more hours a day.
Kids need to see their parents.
Humans are not perfect.
Just want to be sure we are on the same page.
