We can complete weather charts on the carpet with children each day or we can take them outside to experience for themselves what the weather looks like, what it feels like and help them to consider what clothing might be needed.

Butterfly pea tea leaves are a great alternative to red cabbage for use a pH indicator that students can prepare. The dried leaves store well and don't stink out a fridge like forgotten red cabbages!
