Today I had the honour of sharing my EdD research (or the beginnings of it!) at DECHIPer. It was amazing to hear the research being undertaken by the centre and go into “student mode” in Cardiff. I am very grateful for my patient and supportive phd supervisors! @DECIPHerCentre

I’ve had lots of lovely messages from teachers and staff who are new to PSHE lead role asking where to start- my first bit of advice is always - join the @PSHEassociation they are the national body for PSHE and produce guidance documents, training and resources.Get joining! 😊

Listening to my sons y6 leavers service and them sharing their favourite memories of primary school.All of them spoke of school trips, friends, their teachers and after school clubs. This has made me even more certain of the importance of my EdD area of EDI and belonging😊
