Our Gatsby Funeral was a success! Students wrote and performed their in-character eulogies/elogies. Ms. Randle created beautiful program and read Gatsby’s obituary. The student engagement was amazing! #vhway #DARING

Insecure leaders silence dissent to shield their self-esteem and save face. Secure leaders welcome critiques to improve their judgment.

The eradication of discipline in schools is making the teaching profession unsustainable.
