Athletes make a lot of assumptions while playing, One is, that as long as you are playing, you are healthy. Let's normalize having frequent physical check-ups, Yes, they do cost money, but, they are more of a necessity when your body is subjected to high intensity environments

It's a tough week for both RugbyUG and RugbyKE, But, it is also Men's mental health awareness month. Check on that athlete, be sure to keep your mental state steady, be it off the field or on it. Check on that friend, they may not give you details, but it does go a long way.
