Just had THE worst customer service experience with @clearlyca. Imagine my surprise when I got a CP tracking # after my recent order when my contacts haven’t come CP in over a year. At no point during the order process did I see a notification about delayed shipping times -

Which would make sense bc CP is on strike? Contacts are showing delivery a MONTH after order, no refund but hey we’ll give you free shipping & $10 off for your next order for the inconvenience. A promo they regularly have on anyway. Love being blind as a 🦇 Air Canada of eyewear.

Hey @AirCanada - expecting someone to carry a $4000 balance on their credit card for months because you can’t process the reimbursement fast enough is heinous. I sent you the receipt. Payment should be within a reasonable time.

INSANE that for all Air Canada knows, I’m still in Spain. Zero communication. Just an email Sunday saying they couldn’t find us another flight on 120 carriers (lie) that then disappeared from my inbox (thankfully I screenshot). $3000 to get home plus hotels/meals/cabs. 🤪🤪🤪
