For the past year @lukejcr and I have been campaigning for the UK to be a founding member of the Defence, Security & Resilience Bank.
Britain must now seize this moment and join charter negotiations so we can build the financial infrastructure we need to defend ourselves. 1/2
Canada was pleased to host discussions with more than ten nations today on the Defence, Security, and Resilience Bank — an initiative to bring together likeminded partners to mobilise capital and support collective security.
In the months ahead, Isabelle Hudon, CEO of BDC will be working closely with international partners to lead Canada’s contribution in advancing the DSRB.
