Yes Texas is overall a gun friendly state, the largest cities are all bought by Bloomberg however and they constantly fight the state to pass gun laws worse than California. They will take vague language like the unholstered handgun thing and gleefully charge you for unlawful carrying of a weapon to make an example of you

Do you actually own a gun?
In Japan, I have never seen a real one. Not once.
Not at a friend's house. Not in a drawer. Never.
But online, every American just goes
"oh, mine's in the nightstand"
like it's a phone charger 🔌
So now I'm genuinely curious:

Is this normal everywhere in the US?
