Cut off people who are being hot and cold, that behavior is toxic. If someone can't be consistent, they're not worth your time. Hot and cold means unreliable, manipulative, and draining. You don't need to babysit their moods or chase their attention. Respect yourself enough to walk away. Stability matters, and anyone who plays games with it doesn't deserve a spot in your life. Keep your circle clean, cut the noise, move on.

Ordered a sim with@VOXImobile on 29th November. Didn't insert said sim or use it. Want to cancel the rolling sim today as I have had a baby and ask for a refund of £10. Refused. Awful customer service and will be cancelling all other plans our household have with them. ✔️✔️

Another day goes by and @asdaserviceteam have still not processed a refund or dealt with my complaint from the 8th May. Sat on my money after sending dirty stained items out. Terrible customer service and all round a awful company!
