In the first hour we discussed about Annelise Camp, the two-year-old who nearly drowned during the Memorial Day holiday. A Texas Children's Hospital physician recommended Annelise be declared brain-dead two days after she was admitted to the hospital. The family believes additional time could make a difference, Fox 26 Houston reported on June 6, 2026. However “brain death” is a mendacity, or a lie or deception, a deliberate deception to mislead, said Dr. Paul Byrne, who has been a pediatrician since 1963. Dr. Byrne said everyone who is declared “brain-dead” has a beating heart, circulation and respiration. “If they didn’t have that you wouldn’t have to call them ‘brain-dead,’” he said. “You could call them dead, but they’re all alive.” Hospitals and doctors declaring someone brain-dead is about harvesting their organs. Byrne said you can’t procure healthy organs from a cadaver. Doctors can only procure organs from a live person. Commercial airline pilots are suffering heart inflammation at rates considerably higher than what the CDC indicated the national average should be for those who took the COVID-19 vaccines, airline captain and researcher Sherry Walker told @sharylAttkisson about her 2022 survey. Two days after airing that segment Attkisson reminds us that it was she who debunked Hillary Clinton’s 2008 assertion that she dodged enemy fire when the then-First Lady’s military plane flew into Bosnia years earlier. Attkisson told me in April 2025 that other reporters could have also debunked Hillary’s lie, but no one else did. Here's how Attkisson and I connected. Then-CBS News reporter Attkisson emailed the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) about H1N1 in early 2009. I remember receiving Attkisson’s email. Since she was the reporter of a major national meda outlet--she filed that Hillary/Bosnia fact check segment ten months earlier--I routed her email to my Deputy Director. It was great to connect with Attkisson more than 16 years later. Her producer, videographer and I met at McKinley Park, located in midtown Sacramento. When I arrived at 10:30 am on October 13, 2025, they were all set up, waiting for me. Attkisson, a petite lady, is a fifth-degree black belt in Taekwondo. She was very personable, but once her production people turned on the lights and activated the camera she exuded a professional and imposing presence as she sat across the picnic table from me that Monday morning. After the interview she became personable again—but this time almost playful, like I was her big brother. I remember her affectionately smacking me on my left shoulder with excitement while we strolled across the lawn to where I parked on 33rd Street, because she couldn’t wait to see my Can-Am Spyder. Once we arrived to my Spyder Attkisson’s videographer shot video of me putting on my gloves and helmet. Then he affixed a GoPro camera above my right front mirror and affixed a second GoPro camera on the back right passenger handle. So they shot video of me riding to CDPH at 16th and Capitol, affectively using that short trip to symbolize me going to my next county—which was Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors. I rode to Santa Maria after Attkisson, her production crew and I parted ways. The videographer shot more B-roll outside the building. He also shot video of me putting on my rain gear, because by then it started to drizzle. I was pleased how the interview turned out. I had already informed them about Julie Threet's (@julie4butte5) whistleblower story and urged them to interview her. I was also pleased that Julie was inserted in the February 8, 2026, “Full Measure” segment, which was aired to millions. I am very displeased that CDPH ignored and is still ignoring the fact that COVID-19 vaccines has injured and killed many. They are still making this about the messenger and not the message. Note CDPH’s response to one of my Board of Supervisor public comments. “The information or testimony he [Owens] has provided in similar public venues are his opinions only and are not affiliated with the Department,” a spokesman told Attkinson. Contextualizing my COVID-19 vaccine risk concerns as “his opinions” is a slap to the faces of millions of people who have been harmed by these shots! Her late husband James Attkisson (1946-2026) was a law enforcement officer. Hello Kristen Welker (Kwelkernbc), President Donald Trump (@POTUS and @realDonaldTrump), was correct about the 2020 Presidential election, as he shared with you and @MeetThePress viewers. New California State leader Paul Preston (@PaulPre92852859 and @a21rpaul) told me on September 30, 2024 (note video interview) that he sued California on how the 2020 presidential election was run. Preston learned during discovery that in 2020 President Trump received 15.8 million votes and Biden only got 4.6 million votes in California.  It is commonly known that both presidential candidates needed a minimum of 270 electoral votes to win a presidential election. California’s 55 Electoral College votes should have been apportioned to President Trump. That would have increased Trump’s 232 electoral votes to 287, and reduced Biden’s electoral votes 306 to 251—hence a Trump presidential victory. In another shocking revelation Preston learned that then-California Secretary of State—now current U.S. Senator—Alex Padilla (@SenAlexPadilla) did not sign the certification which apportioned California’s 55 electoral votes to the Electoral College.  Preston said there was so much rampant voter fraud attorney Padilla did not want to incriminate himself—hence why he didn’t sign that document. The lawsuit was eventually thrown out of court on procedural grounds. Thank you @julie4butte5. @jrgralow et al., I provided written notification in July 2024 to California’s 58 Board of Supervisors (totaling 296 county elected officials), and have made 53 (Riverside County Board of Supervisors was my 53rd, note below) out of 58 in-person appearances.

The root word of “vote” is the word “vow.” When we “vote” we “vow,” or we align ourselves with the values of that candidate. Well, I voted or vowed with candidates who from what I was able to ascertain are aligned with my Biblical values.  I dropped off my ballot at the Sacramento County Voters Registrar's Office location.

Meanwhile in California @MAHA_Action and @SenRonJohnson, Butte County resident Julie Threet (@julie4butte5) and I have receipts about @SecKennedy’s predecessor, Xavier Becerra. Becerra targeted children in March 2022 to take the COVID-19 killer shots in Butte County. Becerra casually acknowledged in April 2022 that he knew the COVID-19 vaccines were killing people of color twice the rate of whites. Did Becerra sound the alarm—when he could have and should have done so—and inform everyone that the COVID-19 shots were killing people at an alarming rate? No! It’s left up to a retired Silicon Valley Human Resources executive whose mother was killed by the COVID-19 shots, and a retired California state civil service Information Officer 2 to do what then-Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Becerra should have done more than four years ago—and that is to alert/inform the public. Now Becerra wants to move up the political ladder and secede Gov. Gavin Newsom. At the end of today Becerra could be one of two remaining gubernatorial candidates on the ballot for the November 3, 2026, general election. I pray that doesn’t happen, but sense that it very well may. This is me wearing my first motorcycle helmet when I walked in my local grocery store once during COVID. Shoppers may have thought this was my workaround of not wearing a face mask. Not so. Most of the time I wore my sunglasses when I entered stores. But this time I just wanted to dash in the store and dash right back out. I didn’t want to take the time to remove my motorcycle helmet, comb my wild hair/or put on my Tilley Hat, and lock my helmet away. Wearing an impervious motorcycle helmet would have been far better than wearing a flimsy fabric or pointless paper face mask!

Hello! I’m smiling while astride my 2021 Can-Am Spyder Sea-To-Sky RT LTD at Ride On Power Sports in Dixon earlier today.  Since I’ve logged more than 51,000 miles on my Spyder it was time for its 28,000-mile service.  So, my trusted service mechanic replaced engine oil and filter, engine coolant, brake fluid, spark plugs, fuel filter, hydraulic control module filter, and evaporative emissions charcoal canister filter. The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) received $13 million from the $2.5 billion Los Angeles relief fund which the Feds sent to the State to help fire victims, like my 90-year-old aunt who lost EVERYTHING in the January 7, 2025, Altadena Eaton fire! According to CDPH spending records that $13 million was used for air monitoring and expended to produce post fire cleanup instructional YouTube videos, one of which was only viewed only 181 times, according to this NBCLA report. When I walked in the door at CDPH’s Office of Public Affairs as an Information Officer 2 on March 2, 2009, there were only nine of us, including a student assistant. Two more staff—Information Officer 1’s—were hired two months later. The last I heard earlier this year CDPH's Office of Communications now has ballooned to a whopping 50 staff members. That's 39 more employees than 17 years ago! Because of existing sufficient staffing, in-house resources and available expertise, CDPH should not have had to outsource any YouTube production videos to a PR firm. But perhaps they did. Who knows?
