ALT Researchers are interested in learning more about teacher leadership in early childhood special education. As part of the study, teachers will be asked to take part in a 20 minute online survey where we will be raffling off a $100 gift card. You can also choose to participate in an optional 30-minute Zoom interview following the survey. Three $30 Amazon gift cards will be raffled for those who participate in the interview phase of the study. You are eligible to participate if you answer YES to the following questions: 1. Do you support children (birth to five) in an early intervention or preschool program? 2. Do you support young children with disabilities and their families? 3. Are you responsible for the implementation of a Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) or Individual Education Plan (IEP) 4. Are you employed in the US? 5.
