We hosted the 3rd session under our GTM Edge Series on Breaking into Enterprise Accounts: Proven Strategies for IT SMEs, with 90 SME members joining the conversation. Through this session, we explored what it takes for SMEs to enter, engage, and grow within enterprise accounts. Key takeaways from the session included: • Trust and credibility remain the foundation of enterprise sales. • AI is changing how enterprises evaluate solutions, giving SMEs new ways to stand out. • A strong niche and clear positioning can be more impactful than trying to serve everyone. • Founder-led sales can build early momentum, but long-term growth needs a broader GTM strategy. • Partnerships, co-sell models, and ecosystem plays can open faster access to enterprise customers. • Winning the account is only the beginning. The real opportunity lies in landing, expanding, and becoming a trusted strategic partner. We recently concluded an insightful GCC Masterclass on Leadership in the Age of AI, led by Sumeet Mathur. The session opened with a powerful question: In a world where AI can already think, what makes it act? As GCCs move deeper into AI-led transformation, leaders are navigating real tensions. They are often ahead of HQ on AI, preparing teams for constantly evolving benchmarks of excellence, and delivering transformation within timelines that may not always account for clean data, governed workflows, and change management. The Sense. Decide. Act. Govern. framework brought the focus back to execution infrastructure and the need to move beyond strategy decks. One of the key takeaways from the session was the idea of ROIn, Return on Intelligence. A timely reminder that organizations cannot automate their way to innovation and growth. They need intelligence that is structured, governed, and translated into meaningful action. #GCCLeadership #LeadershipInAI #GCCMasterclass #AITransformation #ReturnOnIntelligence
