Annual response that those were some fun and crazy times. My fingers ache just from thinking about it.
Annual tweet that I miss @NEPatriotsDraft breaking and organizing all the UDFA signings

Coached against Raridon when he played at Valley. Love this pick... and the whole draft so far for New England.

Patriots are getting in at the right spot of these runs and end up picking two of my favorite players at OL and DE. Good job by Wolf and company using their draft capital.

This is the year one role for Lomu: Jumbo/6th OL (McD loves them) Backup Swing Tackle Develop into a starter for 2027
This pick caught me off guard, but Caleb Lomu offers long-term developmental depth on the right side and can immediately contribute as a jumbo TE

Had to pick Lomu before the Chiefs did most likely.

The NFL Draft should be one of the ultimate two-screen experiences... but the monstrous delay makes people choose between having the picks spoiled or eschewing Twitter altogether.
it's like the TV producers slept thru the meeting where the NFL changed the time between picks to 8 minutes these guys are WAY behind and the draft just started absolutely embarrassing display

Three picks behind. So dumb.

I, along with every NFL fan in existence, would be so happy if Draft Picks could somehow be announced on time.

Maxx Crosby is NOT a Baltimore Raven.

Jones isn't just depth. Id say he gets a large share of rush snaps.
Replying to @NEPatriotsDraft
That’s expensive for depth

Edge depth ✔️
BREAKING: The #Patriots are signing DL/LB Dre’Mont Jones to a 3-year, $39M contract, per sources. Jones was with the Titans and Ravens last year — notching career-highs in sacks (7) and pressures (55 pressures). A big add for Mike Vrabel.

One year ago, I wrote a tweet entitled "10 ways to to un**** the Patriots." Mission Accomplished. Instead, the Patriots have five main things to accomplish so they can return here again next year.

1. Solidify the OL in FA and the draft. Campbell belongs somewhere. Unsure about Wilson. 2. Acquire an elite Edge rusher. Trade / FA. Maxx would be phenomenal. 3. Find another WR that can separate consistently. Trade, draft or FA.

4. Clean up Maye's few remaining deficiencies. Sacks are sometimes on the OL, but better decision making around eating the ball or throwing it away is needed. 5. Smart contract extensions. Gonzo should be at the top of the list.

Don't do this.

Unfortunately all good will Drake Maye built up is gone. He is a fraud until he changes the narrative in the field

The Seahawks are a wagon. Congratulations to a deserving team. Patriots are a work in progress (especially the o-line) but one that is at least a year ahead of schedule. Easy to be excited about the future in New England, even if the present is a little disappointing.

Defense playing well. They will get a turnover and perhaps a score eventually. Up to the offense to score once on their own and keep field position positive in the second half.
