Consumer fireworks are illegal in MA. That didn’t stop this 46 in. launching stick from landing on my deck from the house across the street last night. Fortunately we were inside. Leave the fireworks to the pros. @NFPA

On 2/20/03 a fire started by pyrotechnics at the Station Nightclub in West Warwick, RI killed 100 & injured 230. The bldg was overcapacity and lacked a required sprinkler system. Updates to the life safety code resulted including crowd manager training. #FireHistory #NeverForget
