I started my career in the NHS on the HR graduate scheme. 13 years later and now as Head of Staff Experience the challenge and reward of working for the NHS is second to none. Would highly recommend this opportunity to everyone who wants a varied and rewarding career!

I say this every year, but take it from someone who submitted his application with 2 or 3 mins to spare, 20 (!!) years ago- get your application in if you fancy a life changing grad scheme experience. I and many of my fellow 2004 intake can highly recommend it!
