Kudos to @AirbnbHelp. We arrive in Paris on Wednesday for the Olympics and our booking was cancelled by the host this morning. Within a couple minutes, Airbnb reached out via the app and phone to help rebook, offered to search options, and gave us an extra $1,000 credit.
