Not just help with sponsorships, but support in building real CAREERS. Over the last three years, we’ve grown, learned, and adapted alongside the industry. hello friends 💫 today’s post is an important lesson that is not to be forgotten! sometimes it’s easy to get carried away and post whatever to stay consistent - and while consistency is very important, it is even more important to keep your purpose in mind. who do you post for? why do you post? who do you want to find your content? you can’t be everyone’s flavor of the day, so you’ll have to pick one!! are you calm and chill? high energy and spontaneous? are you presenting your best life and inspiring people to achieve the same success? or are you posting what’s really going on behind the scenes and inspire people by showing they are not alone in failures? there are endless content decisions to make, but when you can answer all of them without hesitation, that’s when you can really grow. it’s marketing 101 to know your target audience. and even if you don’t think of content as marketing, or your community your target audience, that is an unavoidable truth you should be conscious about 🌞 love from NOT management team xx
