The #NamibiaWorkplaceSatisfaction reveals interesting contrasts: The Transportation & Logistics sector boasts the highest level of satisfaction with 67%, while Education struggles with the highest dissatisfaction rate at 50%.

Looking at individual satisfaction metrics, Most participants (49.4%) are dissatisfied with Rewards and Recognition in the workplace. Whilst 56% are satisfied with their work environment.
