With the root cause the mandating of de-escalation. The rise in violence began post 2020 and the unproven demands that de-escalation would actually work against violence. Here is the history- courageouspoliceleader.com/p…

This action against him is from a while back. The dog was returned. The is an article on CBS8 with more details. The lawsuit is much stronger than a grievance and I fully support Wiese.

.@POAJWIL what is @SDPOA doing? Has it filed a grievance for violations of the disability provisions of the CBA? Sought injunctive relief to return the K9 pending the outcome of the grievance or the civil suit?
ALERT: San Diego ‘hero’ cop who received the National Carnegie Medal in 2024 files lawsuit against the city for taking away his K9 police dog. Johnathan Wiese, known for rescuing 2 kidnapped toddlers from drowning after the kidnapper drove his car off a cliff, alleges the city of San Diego and the police department of disability discrimination. Weiss, a 27-year veteran, took a leave for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and claims that his K9, Uno, was abruptly taken away from him and taken to the pound. Weiss claims he has no medical condition that would hinder him from caring for Uno and that a doctor's note stating that having Uno would be beneficial for his therapy was ignored. Attorney James Cunningham filed the suit that alleges other K9 handlers were able to keep their police dogs for physical injuries, but Weiss was treated differently because it was for mental health. The San Diego Police Department released a statement saying, "We take all allegations of this nature seriously. Our officers do difficult work protecting our communities, and with that come physical and mental health impacts. Due to the pending litigation and it being a confidential personnel matter, we are limited in what we can say further."

Today, the FBI San Antonio Field Office announced the results of OPERATION SPRING CLEANING, a three-month nationwide initiative led by the @FBI to combat gang-related threats and strengthen public safety through an aggressive effort to dismantle criminal networks and remove dangerous weapons from our communities ahead of the summer season. #FBISanAntonio, and it's Safe Streets Task Forces, comprised of local, state, and federal partners, played a key role in the operation, contributing to nearly 92 arrests and the seizure of approximately 1146 g of methamphetamine, 47.4 g of fentanyl, 38 firearms, silencers, ballistic vests, ballistic helmets, night vision goggles, among other items. While these enforcement actions mark significant progress, the work continues. Supported by the @USAO_WDTX and the @USAO_SDTX, our complex, long-term investigations remain focused on dismantling entire criminal enterprises as we work in partnership to ensure violent offenders are fully held accountable for threatening the safety of our communities.

Video from @atutruckers A foreigner has no idea about rules of the road for commercial truck drivers. His “ no name given” on his license says it all, folks. Mass deportations will solve this problem, immediately. @EricLDaugh
🚨California Truck Driver with “No Name Given” on His CDL Released by Arkansas Highway Police Arkansas highway police pulled over a truck driver who struggled to understand basic English instructions. Officers required him to identify himself — and the California CDL literally read “NO NAME GIVEN.” The officer saw it, read it aloud, acknowledged it, and appeared unbothered. The "NO NAME GIVEN" truck driver was released. This is a California-issued CDL — from the same state widely known for issuing non-domicile CDLs to illegal immigrants. An 80,000-pound truck operated by a ghost driver with no verifiable name, sharing the highway with your family, should have triggered far more scrutiny. Instead, officers simply told him to fix a broken turn signal and sent him back out on the road. This represents an unacceptable national security and public safety failure. If someone listed as “No Name Given” is allowed behind the wheel of an 80,000-pound big rig, we have lost control of our trucking industry. If California cannot even verify the identity of the people to whom it issues licenses, why should anyone trust that it has properly vetted drivers’ qualifications, background, or training? All Illegally Issued Non-Domicile CDLs should be revoked. At a minimum they should all be investigated by ICE during a CMV inspection. Non-domicile CDLs are a scam! EAD cards are a scam! Pass The Dalilah Law today!

One of the terrorist groups with a bounty on me just did an ambush on the police in Toronto. Deport every single one of these terrorists from North America, today!
Toronto Police Chief Myron Demkiw says a search warrant that led to the death of Const. Marc Pinizzotto was connected to an investigation into multiple shootings, including the March 2026 attack on the U.S. Consulate in Toronto. Last month, the FBI arrested Mohammad Baqer Saad Dawood Al-Saadi, who U.S. authorities have identified as a senior member of Kata'ib Hizballah and an operative of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). According to U.S. court documents, Al-Saadi claimed responsibility for multiple attacks in Canada, including the shooting at the U.S. Consulate in Toronto. Toronto police are also searching for a second suspect, identified as 19-year-old Zara Jabbi.
