Bukit Kiara longhouse residents will finally receive permanent homes after 44 years, with completion expected within three years, FT Minister Hannah Yeoh told BFM News.
📌 Key terms include:
• 200 apartment units to be built for 98 families, with each household allocated 2 units (3-bedroom units).
• RM1 million allocated to subsidise maintenance via DBKL for three years after completion.
• Development capped at 5.76 acres, with remaining land returned to the government and gazetted as a public open space.
• Existing temple sites retained and formally zoned as non-Muslim places of worship, with a RM100,000 grant announced for the sites.

The LRT3 Shah Alam Line has been confirmed to be operational by the end of this month, with the specific date to be announced within the next two weeks, Anthony Loke told BFM News.
