Yes, longstanding association within a territory reinforces the legitimacy of any claim to be 'indigenous', irrespective of the starting point (Lipott, Sigrid, 'Best Practice and the EU'). The rights of Nackens will always draw my full support.

169 Cross Green Lane has been our home for over 14 years, but has always been rented.
