Good grief! Looking at some of the online reaction anyone would think that yesterday's Doctor Who press release had been written by Chicken Licken - the sky isn't falling, the show isn't cancelled, the process of putting out to tender is standard. It'll all be fine!

A 72 year old man was savaged stabbed to death in his home in Dungannon last year.
There was no rampaging gangs "protecting their communities".
Guess why?
Because the victim was polish and the murderer was a "local" man.
These aren't concerned citizens they're racists.

Sorry to hear about Jeff Bezos's rocket exploding prematurely. A good technique to prevent that from happening is to try thinking about something you find totally unarousing or even repulsive, like giving workers a living wage or paying a fair share of taxes.

Context: St Mary’s Church in Lower Ince was originally a huge Victorian church built in 1887 to serve the local mining communities of Ince-in-Makerfield. Over time, coal mining underneath the area caused serious subsidence damage, and the original church was demolished in 1978.
