Reading "Non Violent Communication" again, It's a gift that keeps on giving:
"What would we like the other person to do differently?" and "What do we want their reasons to be?". Where the second question makes it obvious why punishment or rewards wont work.

Being in a language with batteries included is so nice. You're catching a Python exception and would like to inspect it? There's a `traceback` module in the stdlib that can (for example) give you an exception's trace, with separate objects per line, with attributes like `lineno`.

It was now some time ago (a year maybe?) I read "x y" by @DrEugeniaCheng. I still reflect on how Ingressive systems train us to create competitions and judgement where there is no benefits and/or where none is needed.
Like looking for difference in things instead of sameness.
