A 32-year-old man was assaulted early in the morning in central Warsaw on Chmielna Street shortly after withdrawing cash from an ATM. According to reports, two unidentified men approached him from behind, pushed him to the ground, and one of the attackers began choking him while holding him firmly by the neck. When the victim tried to stand up and escape, the suspects threatened him with a knife. He did not suffer serious injuries, but the attackers stole his briefcase containing documents and cash. The total loss exceeded 4,000 PLN.
