If you're feeling a bit of imposter syndrome, try this: copy your resume (leave name out and delete personal details!) into ChatGPT and ask it to write you a letter of recommendation for whatever the next job is you want. Tell it which characteristics to stress. It's awesome.

Here are the big takeaways from the @IPCC_CH Synthesis Report released today.
