Kevin Nader, consigliere del Rassemblement National, allora tira fuori un crocifisso, provocando : “dato che non si applica la laicità, faremo le sedute sotto questo simbolo”. Il sindaco si inalbera e lo espelle dicendogli che ha violato le regole sulla laicità. La realtà che supera ogni fantasia.

Die NPCC und College of Policing erklären explizit: Es geht nicht um "treating everyone the same" oder "colour blind" (also Rechtsgleichheit), sondern um "equality of policing outcomes" – also gleiche Ergebnisse durch unterschiedliche Behandlung je nach Hautfarbe oder Gruppe. Der Unterschied ist entscheidend: Equality = Jeder wird gleich behandelt vor dem Gesetz. Gleiche Regeln, gleiche Massstäbe – unabhängig von Identität. Das ist das Fundament moderner Rechtsstaaten seit der Aufklärung. Equity = Ergebnis-Gleichheit. Wer aus woke-linker Sicht "benachteiligt" ist, bekommt Vorteile, bis die Statistik passt. Das führt zwangsläufig zu Ungleichbehandlung. Genau dieses woke-linke Prinzip hat auch die Biden-Harris-Administration zum Leitstern gemacht: Executive Orders, Equity Action Plans in allen Behörden – inklusive Justiz und Polizei. Beide – US-Regierung und britische Polizei – stellen damit das fundamentalste Prinzip unserer Rechtsordnung auf den Kopf: die Rechtsgleichheit (equality before the law). Statt blind gegenüber Identität zu sein, wird Identität zum Massstab. Das ist keine Gerechtigkeit, das ist die Rückkehr zur Ständegesellschaft – nur mit neuen Privilegien. Wer das akzeptiert, verabschiedet sich vom liberalen Rechtsstaat. "Diversity, Equity, Inclusion" (DEI) ist keine Stärke, wie die Woke-Linken behaupten. Dieses Prinzip ist eine Abkehr vom Universalismus, also von der Idee, dass für alle Menschen dieselben Rechte und Regeln gelten, unabhängig von Herkunft oder Identität.

Linus Torvalds took the stage at Open Source Summit 2026 and said this: "When I see people saying 99% of our code is written by AI, I literally get angry. Because those same people — I can pretty much guarantee — 100% of their code is written by compilers. But they never say that." He is not anti AI. The Linux kernel saw a 20% jump in submissions this release because of AI tools. He uses it. He gets it. His point is something most people are too afraid to say. AI is a productivity tool exactly like compilers were. Compilers boosted programming by 1000x. AI adds another 10x on top. Enormous. But nobody says "the compiler wrote my code." So why are we saying AI wrote it? He also flagged something nobody is talking about. AI is flooding small open source projects with drive-by bug reports. Someone runs a prompt, files a report and disappears when asked for a patch. Maintainers with one or two people are drowning trying to keep up. "Sometimes AI reports a bug and when you ask for more information the person has done that drive-by and does not even answer your question. That is the real burnout issue." And his final warning was the sharpest of all. "People who do not understand the complexity of systems will prompt systems and write processes that will fail." Sie kann aber jedenfalls nach Ansicht der Staatsanwaltschaft Heilbronn trotzdem bestraft werden, wenn sie andere zu womöglich weitergehenden Bemerkungen anstachelt." § 188 StGB ist kein Sondertatbestand, sondern setzt für sich genommen erst mal eine Beleidigung nach § 185 StGB voraus. i saw a mouse with an X-shaped battery compartment. first thought: this is stupid - who designed it? 5 seconds later: oh. 10 seconds later: OHHH! the X slot fits an AA or an AAA battery - whichever you've got lying around. the part most people miss is that the shape also makes it physically impossible to load both at once. there is no warning label, no instructions and no way to screw it up. the geometry does the thinking for you. japanese has a word for this. poka-yoke = "mistake-proofing." the product refuses your stupidity before you can offer it. i wish more things worked like this.

"Nobody reviews compiler output, why review AI code?" Wrong. We do review compiler output. Godbolt exists. Disassemblers exist. Anyone doing serious performance work reads what the compiler produced. The premise is false. But the analogy itself is flawed. It compares two things that aren't comparable. A compiler takes a formal language as input. Languages with grammars and semantics defined precisely enough that "what does this code mean" has only one answer. An LLM takes natural language as input. Natural languages are ambiguous. "Write me a function that handles user input safely" has a thousand valid interpretations and a thousand more invalid ones. The LLM picks one. You don't know which. Unless you look at the code. Compilers are built from specifications and designed to meet them. The output is the result of a defined translation. When the output violates the spec, it's a bug. LLMs are built from whatever was in their training data. There is no spec. There can't be one, natural languages have no defined semantics that map to code. Compilers are semantically deterministic. The same input produces output with the same behaviour, every time. LLMs are not. Partly by design and partly due to hardware variance, batch size, inference order, and floating point operations (and no setting temperature to zero does not address those). All of which can push the same prompt to produce different code. Compilers complain loudly when the input is nonsensical. LLMs fail silently, producing plausible-looking, but wrong code. We trust compiler output because the trust was earned across decades of use, with millions of engineers using the same tools. Early compilers were reviewed heavily. Hand-written assembly was the default because trust hadn't been earned yet. We're at the hand-written assembly stage with AI. We may never get to the trust-the-output stage for the reasons explained above. If you’re a software developer, you should own what goes to production. The compiler analogy is a way of skipping that responsibility.
