So despite support from every council in Wales and the Senedd, and despite both major Westminster parties having had the opportunity to act, Wales’s wishes were ignored.
Wales was united. Westminster said no! That is the problem with Wales’s current constitutional position. Even when every council in Wales and the Senedd speak with one voice, Westminster can simply ignore them.
