Connie by Charlotte Duckworth is a great read. A simple plot, only two main characters, but absolutely absorbing.

The last two books in the best mafia/gang trilogy I’ve read,
City of Dreams and City in Ruins by Don Winslow, are gritty and fast-paced. All three read one after the other.
Reading them back-to-back is a testament to how good I think they are.

City On Fire by Don Winslow. The first book in a trilogy about American gangland feuds and a brilliant read.
Violence and spice included, not in a gratuitous way, but worth considering as triggers.
So good I’ve gone straight to the second book

Don’t be fooled by the cover and the Title. My Brothers Dominatrix by BB Lamett is a bubblegum for the brain psychological thriller. A good read which will not shock or disgust. Review in the link⬇️

Quite possibly the best sporting autobiography I’ve ever read. Final Whistle by @Nigelrefowens is a book everyone with an interest in any sport should read. A great insight into what it’s like at the top of your game….and the dark times

Genuinely confused by this book. Loved the first 85%, then got giddy with the twists and turns in the last 15% Still not sure if I enjoyed it or that the last bit ruined a good story.
