A crime writers’ reunion at Bettys Tea Rooms is an essential part of #TheakstonsCrime every year! So lovely to see @charduck, @ByLizzyBarber and @CarolineHulse1 for chats and cakes (although I had chips and a Coke, which was apparently controversial 😂). Even though I go here every year in real life, I always think of it as the place Robin is taken by her mum after wedding dress shopping in @jk_rowling’s third Strike novel, Career of Evil (I love a crime fiction connection! 😍📚).
