Are you interested in actin-binding proteins and lipid bilayers? @NkTimon, @BleicherPhilip and @BauschLab show how mobile anchoring of VASP allows it to function both as an elongator and bundler during #actin polymerization. Very thankful to be part of this!

My first paper is out now. 🎉 We reconstitute the formation of VASP condensates on bilayers, which nucleate, polymerize and bundle actin filaments. The bundles grow by enhanced polymerization aligned to filaments. Thanks to @BleicherPhilip, @MarcoPayr and of course @Bauschlab.
