What bothers me most about Karmelo Anthony’s verdict? First-degree murder means the jury feels Karmelo viciously attacked Austin, a total stranger to him, in an intentional, deliberate rage. They’re saying that he set out to purposefully kill someone he didn’t know, over a bleacher seat, in the middle of a chaperoned high school event.
Even if the jury decided Karmelo still needed to accept some level of guilt in a life being lost — a 35-year prison sentence and a first degree murder-conviction means the jury doesn’t see this as the tragic, tragic mistake between two young teens that it is.
They’re telling us Karmelo set out to end Austin’s life on purpose and with full intent.
When in reality, I think this is a regret and heartbreak Karmelo will carry for the rest of his life

Daniel Penny did not “sneak up.” Neely boarded the subway ranting threats to kill passengers (“I’m going to kill you”), scaring riders. Multiple witnesses (incl. Black passengers) testified Penny intervened to protect them. Penny was acquitted of criminally negligent homicide.

They can never answer what aspect of a person is erased or what aspect of human experience is "reduced" by insisting women are female and that sex is by definition reproductive role.
It doesn't exclude that ap person is a poet, or a friend, a charted accountant, a mother, funny, or caring, or insensitive or anything else. Literally all such an insistence excludes is being male.
It's all because, whether due to malfeasance or incompetence, they confuse necessary and sufficient, exclusive and non-exclusive propositions.
Literally every single one of their arguments is a variation on a logical fallacy (and is almost always denying the antecedent or affirming the consequent)

A woman is an adult human female. That does not mean she must be fertile, pregnant, heterosexual, feminine, able-bodied, young, or capable of childbirth.
Infertile women are women. Menopausal women are women. Women with hysterectomies are women. Women who never want children are women. Only female people can lack female fertility. Only female people can go through menopause. Only female people can have a hysterectomy.
Stating that women are female does not mean “women are wombs.” That is you expressing your misogyny. That is not what saying "women are female" means.
The point is that women are human bekngs and human beings are male and female. Female people have been oppressed as a sex class because of material realities around reproduction, embodiment, labour, and male violence.
Pretending sex does not matter is not feminism and pretending the presumably "feminine" gender identity of a man entitles him to the rights of human beings who happen to be female, is a male supremacist movement masquerading as feminism.
You telling me what I am or what I am not is not any kind of argument. It's just narcissism and patronizing sexism.

The problem with every such argument is that it proves too much.
You can deploy all the same arguments against an epistemological ought, like "you ought accord your beliefs to the evidence," as you can any moral ought, like "you ought not murder."
Whatever the truth of the matter might be, such arguments cannot establish it. In cutting off its own branch it runs into the classic philosopher's adage: "there has never been a good argument for irrationality."
This, of course, is an unpopular answer - the reddit atheists hate it because it shows their arguments to this effect be ill considered and idiotic. The theists hate it because it takes from them what they believe to be their strongest bludgeon.

These men, in the throes of AGP undertake the following logic:
1. They note they are aroused by seeing a beautiful woman
2. They note they are aroused when they see themselves cross dress and grow moobs
C. They conclude they must therefore look like a beautiful woman and, by corollary, pass.
You will note that this is the classic fallacy of affirming the consequent, but all evidence suggests that every single prog and member of the weirdo brigade finds the fallacy incredibly seductive. Nearly every single issue has a favoured prog talking point that confuses necessary and sufficient, or is some other form of affirming the consequent (or the related denying the antecedent. Usually it is possible to state the same argument either way).
Secondarily, GAMP and AGP overlap so they have other troons reinforcing the broken logic above, constantly.
That phenomenon is further amplified by aspects of the online environment - filters, the ability to curate and edit images, et al.
The result: complete delusion.

Circumstances prevailed that yours truly was exposed to Netflix slop. It was instructive not only to compare I am a Killer with Catching Killers. The former featured the dregs society, unsympathetic on every level - not only dangerous, but neglectful of their families, obvious dishonest, dangerous and so forth.
While the police were quite the opposite - lamenting every moment they had to choose between spending time time their family and working to prevent a killer from continuing on a spree, each one with a distinct but likeable personality.
And then, contrasting THAT with the motto ACAB. There were grown men, moved to tears, repeatedly, over the crime scenes they witnessed decades earlier. Who were deeply affected by their feelings of responsibility for every day a killer went uncaught and the public was at risk.
A more powerful demonstration of the perverse moral intuitions of the progressive left one could not hope to find.

Being "trans" is a behaviour and absolutely a matter of preference. You don't have even the most basic theory to understand.
Regardless, the question was not whether something was a "choice" but whether DSDs are defined by a matter of preference, they are not. A DSD is not a disorder because the person with the disorder wishes that things were otherwise, but because the normal sexual development was disrupted.
Your comments, even if they were not by turns false and incoherent, would still be irrelevant because none of you can construct an argument

It is a case of woke more correct.
They are insane, but it was always true that "genital preferences" were a way to remain a TERF in the sheets while still being an "ally" in the streets, because it allowed them to dance around the truth:
No one thinks troons are women (or men, for lady troons)
And not have to say: "you know all of that 'trans women are women'
stuff is just to own the CHUDs and be polite, right?" so that the troons wouldn't spazz out.
But, being petulant manchildren, they refused the accomodations provided to them...
