Both agree that it would be harmful to the NHS.

Hiraeth, (n): a sense of longing for finished dishes on a tasting menu
Could've cancelled the rest of the dishes & repeated these two over & over - except we'd have missed the excellent others.
First time we've been to Hiraeth & won't be the last.

Up there with the best veggie tasting menu's we've had. Our omni friends across the table loved it too. Our dishes reflected theirs with thoughtful, accomplished adaptations, there's no 'just swap out an ingredient & dump any old something in' there.
