A battery in a laptop left on charge failed causing a fire which destroyed a home.
Thankfully smoke alarms alerted the family who all escaped. 🙌

Inquest finds electric blanket to be the cause of Chilwell woman's death.
The incident took place on 10 July 2022, when Ms Joan Holmes (88) was sadly pronounced dead at her home address on Cator Lane, Chilwell ⤵️
