Miami-Dade: Residential homesteaded property tax is about ~$0.88 billion โ just 6.9% of the $12.9 billion FY 2025โ26 budge. Removing it entirely leaves 12BB to spend: Miami-Dade last operated at less than 12BB in FY โ23โ24. So you could eliminate completely and still operate at recent levels at 100% capacity.
