Most (like 90%) of the contracts you will or have entered into will reference "indemnity" and "defense." As an attorney, negotiating those terms are a good chunk of my job. You should understand them and how they affect you. Very generally:

Ohio State athletics partnered with its law school so student athletes can get contracts reviewed. Wanted to remove as many barriers as possible, so doesn't have to be in person, and it's pretty quick. Athletes can upload and get feedback within 48 hours. Open to all students.
