The first alleged victim of Billy Chemirmir that @dallasnews has identified was Catherine Probst Sinclair, who died at Edgemere in April 2016.
Her family found blood on her pillow and couldn’t find a large safe in the apartment.

Chemirmir was arrested for trespassing at Edgemere in June '16 and sentenced to 70 days in the Dallas Co jail.
He was released on good behavior after just 12.
Police say he then began targeting seniors at another community just a few miles up the DNT.
