Amtrak has a train that is slower than driving (end to end) and runs 1 round trip daily, yet it saw nearly 100k more ridership than projected. The people yearn for an alternative to driving.
OTD two years ago the Amtrak Borealis began service from St. Paul to Chicago, it has since become one of Amtrak's most successful route launches ever!! Now it's time to Improve the service and expand across the upper Midwest!!!
