Some of you may have noticed it’s been quieter than usual here. In October 2024, new content for On The Blue Line stopped after our home and life were impacted by flooding from Hurricane Milton. Like a lot of people in Florida, priorities shifted for a while—family, rebuilding, and getting our footing again came first. That pause also created space to step back and think more clearly about the direction for the On The Blue Line. As the conversations I’m having—and writing—have continued to expand beyond the podcast, it’s become clear that the best place for ongoing posts is directly through my personal pages. Plus there is two of them, which means I can manage them better, lol. Going forward, most regular writing and updates will live on: ➡️ Facebook: facebook.com/wayne.mulder.52  ➡️ LinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/wayne-mulder…  If you’re not following there, I hope you will.  On The Blue Line isn’t going away. It remains the foundation of the work that I do. But the day-to-day thoughts, leadership lessons, and conversations about life, work, and resilience will now happen where engagement and connection make the most sense. As far as the podcast, it will be back. For now, I am focusing on restarting and opportunities around speaking and teaching that will inevitably lead back to the podcast at a future time.  I appreciate everyone who’s stuck around through the quiet season. I’m looking forward to connecting more and for what comes next. — Wayne

The 1st Amendment does not permit you to barge into a church (private property) and disrupt a service.... That's called trespassing and disorderly conduct...easy...and probably a Federal crime too. Each one should be arrested.

After 37 days and multiple surgeries, Sgt. Erik Levasseur of the Port St. Lucie Police Department has been released from the hospital following a horrific line-of-duty shooting. Surrounded by his wife, fellow officers, and the skilled medical teams at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital and other facilities, Erik walked in uniform, strong and resolute—a powerful symbol of courage, faith, and resilience. His recovery is a testament not only to his strength but to the unwavering support of his family, colleagues, EMS, dispatchers, and the community. This moment reminds us all that hope is stronger than fear, and today, we honor service, strength, and unity. Welcome home, Sgt. Levasseur. Please keep the Baker County (FL) deputy shot last night in your thoughts and prayers. Deputies were responding to a domestic violence call, when the dirtbag opened for striking the deputy. Deputies returned fire and neutralized the miscreant…permanently. Thankfully the deputy is expected to make a full recovery. Yet another reminder, the War on Cops continues to rage in this country with no sign of slowing down. It’s despicable…

Good Sunday morning! A great day for worship and to reset. We spend our lives in the hustle and bustle of demands often outside of our control, Sunday is the day to remember what life is really all about. Have a blessed day!

Most people seek the easiest way to do things, don’t be like most people. Seek learning and wisdom and the character built in the process will not only simplify things for you- you will have learned the greatest lesson.

It’s Saturday. Spend less time on social media and more time making a difference in your community. Ideas may be bantered about on here, similar to the town-square of earlier times, but problems are solved through tenacity, courage, and an unwavering commitment to Truth. #Leadership
