Announcing the launch of @NTXAI_org North Texas AI (NTXAI.org), a monthly gathering for the people using AI to change businesses in North Texas. North Texas is one of the fastest-growing technology regions in the country, with people moving here from both coasts every day (it’s actually the #1 U-Haul destination in the country) multiple Fortune-ranked companies now headquarter here if it were a state, it would be bigger than 40 other states it’s TEXAS! We need a place for AI founders, builders, and engineers to meet with enterprise leaders, investors, students, professors, and civic leaders, so they can connect and work together to define how AI will be applied in businesses. Every AI builder gets a 60-second slot to introduce themselves, followed by open networking time. No panels, no big pitching, no sales agendas. We’re partnering with the @McKinneyTxEDC Innovation Unwind for our first meetup: 📍 Monday, June 15, 2026 🕓 4:00 PM - 6:30 PM 🍻 TUPPS Brewery, McKinney Texas If you’re deep in the weeds vibe coding – or just AI curious, RSVP now (space is limited): NTXAI.org

A Strategic Update for the $STUFF Ecosystem On July 3, 2026 (Epoch 641), we will begin sunsetting the $STUFF Stake Pool. When we launched the pool, it played an important role in helping grow and reward the community. Today, @book_io and @stuff_io are entering a new phase, and we believe the strongest path forward is to focus $STUFF on utility, demand, and ecosystem growth rather than token emissions. As a result, we have made the decision to discontinue bonus $STUFF rewards through staking. If you currently delegate ADA to the $STUFF Stake Pool, please be sure to redelegate to another stake pool before July 3rd. Any unclaimed rewards will remain available through the normal claim process. We encourage all delegators to visit rewards.book.io and claim any outstanding rewards within the next 60 days. Most importantly, this is not a step backward. It is a step forward. Our focus is now on building real utility and real demand for $STUFF through products, commerce, and platform growth. We are moving aggressively toward bringing more than 12 million print books to @book_io, creating one of the largest book marketplaces in the world. As those sales grow, a portion of net sales will be allocated toward purchasing $STUFF. We believe the future value of $STUFF should be driven by adoption, customer activity, and ecosystem growth. That is exactly where we are headed. To help make this transition as smooth as possible, we will be publishing a detailed FAQ and stake pool wind-down guide at book.io/stakepool in the coming days. Thank you to every delegator who supported the pool and helped us build the foundation for what comes next. The mission remains the same. The vision is bigger than ever. Own Your $STUFF!

JPMorgan's biggest campus outside NYC is in Plano. TXSE is being built in Dallas. Today Dimon says they're hiring AI specialists, not bankers. North Texas is where AI meets the next wave of US finance. #NorthTexasAI #NTXAI nypost.com/2026/05/21/busine…

It is articles like this that remind me what decentralization is really about. It is about removing the centralized middlemen that act as chokepoints between creators and their fans. Right now, the platforms take the cash, keep the data, and block direct access to the audience. You see it with Spotify. You see it with Kindle. The guiding principle is what is good for the platform. But when you shift the lens to what is good for artists and the creator economy, the problem becomes obvious. Decentralization flips the model. The artist gets paid. The artist owns the relationship. The artist has the data to actually engage their fans. And when creators can truly monetize their work, they create better art. Then they do it again. Call me crazy, but if you buy it, you should own it. I want to support artists and authors. Their work defines the cultural essence of entire decades.
Fantastic article from @thejoelll and wanted to add some thoughts. “The streaming services, to me, are minutes away from being obsolete.” - @jimmyiovine_ joelgouveia.substack.com/p/t… ---- Streaming made music convenient. It did not make it sustainable for artists. When platforms sit between creators and fans, the artist loses the relationship, the data, and most of the revenue. Millions of streams but no real ownership. No direct communication. No leverage. That model is breaking. The future belongs to artists who own their audience and sell direct. Real communities. Exclusive drops. Limited releases. Experiences. Fans who choose to support, not just passively listen. That is why STUFF exists. To give creators direct to fan infrastructure powered by blockchain as invisible rails. Ownership. Access. Commerce. No gatekeepers controlling the connection. The next era of music is not about more streams. It is about stronger relationships. Own the fan. Own the future. And we can own our $STUFF.

Super sad to hear about the passing of Dan Simmons... he was a literary giant. After I had read The Terror, I moved on to Carrion Comfort because I enjoyed his style so much. And this one piece I'll never forget. He wrote the first draft of that book on legal pads, then transferred it with a typewriter. The book is like 600 pages! But he did it. Wrote an entire novel via longhand first. And that tenacity always stuck with me. He had a story, and he was gonna tell it. If you've never read any Dan Simmons, I highly recommend grabbing one and giving him a read. To friends and family like @_DavidMorrell , I'm sorry for your loss. But his work made an impact on many people, and his stories will be remembered. RIP Dan Simmons
My dear friend & incomparable author Dan Simmons died Saturday from a stroke at age 77. He defied literary norms, exploring historical fiction, horror, crime & other genres. His must-read titles include THE SONG OF KALI & HYPERION. He was one of a kind. dignitymemorial.com/obituari…

Ownership is back. Own your digital books, movies, and music. Creators can sell their art and have direct contact with their fans. We agree. OWNERSHIP MATTERS. Own Your $STUFF!
"Remember when we used to own things?" "Now, you don't own—you access, you subscribe, stream, rent." "They call it the convenience era. But let's be real, it's the control era." "Miss a payment, it's gone. Change the terms, too bad. Your tools freeze, your files vanish, your account resets." "You think you're the user? No, you're the product." Credit: @coralsantoroo
