The meltdown from our fans is crazy. What will be will be. Let them do the job they are paid millions for & we are not. We are not supposed to know the plan. We are supporters. Be great if we just got back to being that instead of unqualified, uniformed coaches & DOFs!

Strange that Ibou could of had a send off 5 days ago and didn’t. Bizarre if that is true.

The Fernandes hype is mad. Brilliant achievement to get to 20 assists (I can’t give him that last one), but 13 set pieces is a reality. They also went out of every cup at the first hurdle and played 1 game a week. He’s not even top 5. Rice, Raya, Gabriel, Bernardo & Semenyo
Congrats, Declan!👏 Declan Rice takes BBC Football Awards Player of the season, voted for by BBC Sport pundits and commentators🏅

Wow this is massive if true. Ibou was part of next years kit launch and internal imagery.
Exclusive: Ibrahima Konate is expected to leave Liverpool. No agreement has been reached between #LFC and the French defender despite Konate indicating in April a deal was close. 🤝 @alex_crook

Our "fans" should listen to the greatest of all time x.com/i/status/2058618502521…

Pep Guardiola: "The [next] #ManCity manager has to be themselves, that's most important. The new manager, for the way they communicate, treat people, the way they're going to play, work - they have to be them! "And this club is really, really good in many things, and the transitions always they do really, really, really well! Look at Txiki [Begiristain], he has been one of the most important persons and he chose or suggested Hugo [Viana], and Hugo in this year has been one of the most surprising and beautiful things I've met! "It will be good!" [via @SkySportsPL]

I have a lot of talk of “standards” over the years and “ambition” thrown towards FSG and the team. Sacking a multi league & trophy winning, CL competing manager & hiring a prospect who’s won nothing & never managed in Europe & 2 games a week isn’t that! Strange spin.
So basically. Iraola wants to be Liverpool manager,Liverpool fans want Iraola. Slot wants to Party in Ibiza, Liverpool fans don’t want slot Which one will FSG pick….. #LFC

This is unbelievable.
Throwback to when Yann Sommer realised he couldn't save this header with his left hand, so switched hands mid-save. 🦸 Incredible. 🧤

Pretty normal to be fair. They aren’t robots. Grief, motivation, injuries, belief, fatigue will see the mood drop in any pocket of life, let alone an elite sporting dressing room where they are up against the best of the best who aren’t going through similar challenges.
🚨NEW: A number of dressing room sources at Liverpool have detailed how the mood deteriorated and belief ebbed away over the course of the season. “Out of the other senior figures, you had Salah coming to terms with no longer being indispensable, Robertson not playing regularly for the first time and Alisson missing a lot of games” says one dressing-room source. “It’s not easy to keep setting standards when you’re not out there performing at the top level every week.” On top of that, Konate’s contract was running down, Szoboszlai wasn’t happy about having to fill in at right-back at times, and Jones was frustrated that he didn’t get the extended run of games in midfield that he craved. Mac Allister felt that he had been unfairly singled out for criticism. Players were angered by a social media narrative that they had too much time off and didn’t train enough when the schedule was almost identical to a year earlier when they won the title. They felt the crux of the matter wasn’t a lack of fitness but a succession of injuries which left Slot picking from such a shallow pool of senior pros. “You had all these tricky individual situations with the collective issues on top,” says another dressing-room source. “There was so much negativity, so much adversity and it’s been too much for a lot of players. How many times did we get back into games and then throw it away?  It’s been blow after blow.” (@TheAthleticFC)

Yes but the other giants in the CL have less domestic trophies, a winter break and are looked after by their leagues instead of abused by the broadcasters like ours are.
Two seasons, 21 knockout ties, 21 wins. The Premier League has dominated the Europa League and the Conference League. But against even richer clubs in the Champions League, they lose. Are Premier League clubs just flat-track bullies in Europe? 👇 bbc.co.uk/sport/football/art…

Can’t stand City, the money, the charges and we all know what’s gone on! Been some ride for them fans though, 17 major trophies WOW.
Pep's Taxi: 10 years later! 🚖 Pep finally gets the chance to show Braydon where he kept all of those trophies... 🏆

🚨🗣️ Roy Keane on the Conference League final between Aston Villa and Rayo Vallecano: “I think this match finally ended one unnecessary debate about the leagues. People keep comparing La Liga to the Premier League, but the level is completely different. For a team sitting 15th in England like Crystal Palace to comfortably beat a side placed 8th in Spain in a European final tells you everything. That’s why players like Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi found it easier in Spain. There’s no real competition across the league most seasons, it’s mainly two clubs dominating and rotating trophies, while every week in the Premier League feels like a battle.”

He needs to commit to being an 8 in the pivot. Think he wants that too. Deeper suits his engine, physique and mentality far more than trying to force him into being a 10. You want to use his ability to impact central transitions. Role needs simplifying. Less jump pressing, less drifting out and hunting actions, less flicks. Use his engine to cover grass, his passing range to move the team diagonally, and his aggression to repeatedly win the ball back.

These are fun these games. Only add on is that wages are as big a factor as fees. I recon the difference in who we do and don’t buy could come down to wages.

Wonder why it’s the worse club in the world when you lose? 👀👀😂😂 Haven’t agreed with a lot of what Mo has said and done this year but that has felt true this year.
Guys did y'all see this ??? he is staying 💔

I thought we’d move in Jan because it wasn’t just CB, it was 3/4 positions across the park. Maybe they gambled on Slot because he was a title winning coach, like Klopp. Injuries worsened this year, they improved in 20/21 & 22/23 which made it much harder to end well.
"It's too many calculated gambles that have gone on in the summer." "And in January they didn't even help him either... that level of patience with a different coach who's not Klopp can result in what we've seen materialise." 🎥 Trends

Palace wins Conference league, Villa wins Europa league, Arsenal in the CL. Premier league weaker than it’s ever been though 🙃
Crystal Palace, Champions of Europe ❤️💙

This is quite fair and balanced. Last season should be put in a box & left alone. Football analysis becomes very difficult given what happened. It all stems from what happened. We got CL, despite the horrendous circumstances! That’s a win! Others likely wouldn’t have.
