پروژه OONI با همکاری سازمان Women on Web، مسدودسازی وبسایتهای مرتبط با دسترسی به خدمات سقط جنین را در کشورهای مختلف بررسی کرده است.
بر اساس دادههای OONI، این گزارش نشان میدهد که دامنههای Women on Web در دستکم ۷ کشور مسدود شدهاند: ایران، ترکیه، فیلیپین، کره جنوبی، اسپانیا، کویت و آرژانتین.
این گزارش به یکی از ابعاد کمتر دیدهشده سانسور اینترنت میپردازد؛ جایی که محدودیت دسترسی آنلاین میتواند بر دسترسی زنان به اطلاعات و خدمات سلامت تأثیر مستقیم بگذارد.

Since February 2020, access to @WoWabortionpill has been blocked on multiple networks in #Spain.
Although the Spanish Supreme Court ordered the partial unblocking of Women on Web's website in October 2022, OONI data indicates that blocking remains in place on several networks.
On two Vodafone networks (AS6739 and AS12430), OONI measurements recorded recurring tls.bad_cert anomalies involving certificates issued by Allot. These findings are consistent with the use of network filtering infrastructure capable of intercepting or inspecting HTTPS traffic.

Beyond ISP-level blocking, our analysis of OONI data also identified cases where Women on Web’s website was inaccessible due to corporate firewall filtering in Poland, Kenya, Pakistan, and Georgia.

❗️For the first time in 3 months, we're seeing a spike in OONI measurements coming from #Iran in recent days.
🙏 The two internet connectivity shutdowns in #Iran since the start of the year are visible through the absence of OONI data, the timing of which is corroborated with the shutdowns visible in @IODA_live and @CloudflareRadar.
