10 strikeouts across 5.2 IP, Shields only surrendered 1 ER while walking 0 batters.

Toronto Blue Jays prospect Carson Messina made his Single-A debut yesterday. His fastball sat mostly 94-96 MPH and was elite with 18-20" of iVB. Reminds me a lot of Gage Wood. Hopefully we see the velo up in the 97-99 MPH range consistently

I've never given up on Daniel Espino. He is a special arm and will provide dynasty value eventually out of the bullpen. Maybe one day he goes back to being a starter, but he has an upside of a Grant Taylor back-end of the bullpen guy. π€ he hits the ground running
