I agree with @traumaticum. Wouldn’t call this radial styloid. Typical IA DR with sagittal split and coronal lunate facet. I’d likely fix as unstable pattern with metaph comminution. Low threshold to release BR from RS. I do routinely to help reduction.

The Laterjet procedure seems to lead to successful outcomes but there are demographic predictors of poor outcome. The optimal patient selection criteria for many procedures remain opaque.
