Gutted to say not going back to @MySamsonite . Lord knows I travel, but poor service refusing a faulty item to repair/replace (a product still on the shelves in the shop) is not what I thought the Samsonite brand was about. Live and learn. Share, ask, go elsewhere.

Huge credit to The Laurel Bank Hotel in Glenrothes, Fife for doing this at Christmas. So many folk are struggling at this time of year - in particular, with loneliness, isolation and financial worries. We need to harness the community spirit and compassion shown by this hotel.
